It can sometimes happen that you are unable to open the Word document after the creating of a reference letter. There might be several reasons for this:
- Browser compatibility: Try using a different browser. We recommend to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- Hardware resp. software compatibility: Apple devices such as MacBook can have difficulties to open documents. If possible, please use a PC with the Microsoft Windows operating system.
