The roles in zeugnis.ch are as follows:

 

HR 

HR is a person who is responsible for reference letter processes, initiating and managing them. HR is always a direct contact person for a line manager. 

 

Evaluator   

An evaluator is a person who conducts performance evaluation of his/her associates. An evaluator finalises a reference letter together with a line manager at zeugnis.ch.

 

Employee  

An employee can start a reference letter process. For this purpose, you can provide a link from Avenir in the intranet portal.

 

Author (you are the author or Avenir is the author)

You can create and write a reference letter by yourself. If you need a support in the creating of reference letters, you can benefit from our experienced authors by selecting the zeugnis+ Service.

 

Reviewer (you are the reviewer or Avenir is the reviewer)

A reviewer is responsible for revising and proofreading a reference letter. If you need a support in the proofreading of reference letters, you can benefit from our experienced reviewers by selecting the zeugnis+ service. Please note, that you need to select the zeugnis+ process at the very beginning.

 

You have two simultaneous roles: HR and also an evaluator

If you are HR and also an evaluator at the same time, you will take over the both roles within the process. You start as HR by preparing a reference letter (personal data) and assign yourself the evaluator role by the necessary information. Finish the preparation process. You will be invited by email accordingly.
